Join the revolution of health. A lean and strong body in 12veeks. Coached by the Swedish national Champion and founder of Kettle weight – Master of sports Fredrik Berglund. This is the twelve weeks that will change the way you relate to the body, mind, and training. Easy to do, step by step instructions and one on one checkups to keep you motivated and on the right track.

You do not have to have access to a fancy gym or keep a tight schedule. You can do the training necessary to get real results in your home when you have the time. That’s why this works for everyone – all you need is an internet connection and a couple of kettlebells.

HOW IT WORKS

You first get a personal introduction with Coach to find out what motivates you and what level your programming should be at. This is when Coach will create your personalized plan to fit your goals.

After the first meeting (online or in person depending on your location) you will get a three-week plan with instructional videos – so you can conveniently watch them as many times you like. Your training will require approximately four hours a week. Every third week you will report to coach so he can follow your progression and if necessary optimize the plan. When the 12weeks are completed you will have changed the way your body feels.
